Ronald J. Fulton, 69, of Topeka, passed away on Wednesday, November 10, 2010 at a Topeka hospital. He was born on December 21, 1940 in Winfield, the son of Marion D. and Ruth V. New Fulton. He graduated from Highland Park High School in 1961. Ron was employed by the State of Kansas for 35 years before retiring from the Department of Transportation in 1995. He was a member of Shawnee Heights United Methodist Church and an avid golfer. Ron married Courtney J. Stephens on May 23, 1992 in Topeka. She survives. Other survivors include children; Eric, Todd and Celia, five grandchildren, his siblings, Phyllis J. (John) Keil, Robert E. (Merta) Fulton, Roger C. (Sandy) Fulton and several nieces and nephews. Memorial services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday at Penwell-Gabel Southeast Chapel. Private inurnment will take place in Topeka Cemetery.
