Hello from blue sky Colorado.  

Most of you remember Jan Nuzman, who was our girl's gym teacher at HPHS.  I have remained in contact with her over the years.  I am on an email list written by her husband Carl Nuzman and today he said that she had a stroke, spent several days in ICU at Stormont, is challenged to walk and her dementia has increased.  

HPHS was Jan's first job out of college and she treasured her experiences with us, her students.  To cheer her, I wondered if we might give Jan a "card shower" as soon as possible.  Aug 8th Jan was moved to Rossville Healthcare and Rehab where she may have a chance to gain some strength.  

I suggest we send a flurry of cards and notes to Jan, to her home address and Carl will give/read them to her.  Thanks so much and I know Jan will appreciate being remembered.
